NDA management workflow
We are testing a workflow for managing NDAs on a mandate: track each buyer's NDA from sent to redline to executed, with versions filed against the buyer — without leaving Outlook. Currently available on a per-request basis while we shape it with a small group of advisors. If negotiating NDAs over email is a pain on your mandates, ask us for access via the contact page.
CC colleagues per buyer
Several of you pointed out that an approach email rarely goes to one person — there's a main contact plus one or two colleagues on CC so nothing dies in a single inbox. Buyer lists now keep multiple contacts per buyer, and the send wizard fills To and CC automatically.
Configurable watermarks
The per-recipient watermark is now configurable per mandate: choose which elements appear on every page — recipient email, deal code, timestamp — and preview the exact watermarked document before anything is sent.
Skip review — send all
Review-each-send stays the default, but for waves you trust — a follow-up nudge, a process letter — you can now mark the whole wave ready and send in one go. The review progress bar shows exactly how far through a wave you are.
Circulate the contact log
The mandate contact log can now be circulated in one step — pick which deal-team members and client contacts receive the latest version, and send it without rebuilding the update by hand.
SellSideBase v1.0
First release: import your buyer universe, send teaser + NDA waves with per-recipient watermarks and contact checks from your own Outlook mailbox, release watermarked Information Memorandums to NDA-executed buyers, and track the whole funnel without a spreadsheet.
