We operate the SellSideBase website at www.sellsidebase.comand the SellSideBase Microsoft Outlook add-in application (together, the “Service”).

We do not store your Outlook emails, your buyer lists, your documents, or any deal content on our servers. The Outlook add-in processes deal-relevant data locally within your Outlook session.
