We operate the SellSideBase website at www.sellsidebase.comand the SellSideBase Microsoft Outlook add-in application (together, the “Service”).

When you register for a trial or a paid plan, we collect: your name, work email address, and firm name. We also collect usage data about how the Service is used (e.g. feature interactions, error logs) to improve the product.

We do not store your Outlook emails, your buyer lists, your documents, or any deal content on our servers. The Outlook add-in processes deal-relevant data locally within your Outlook session.
